1. Course Enrollment: By enrolling in the Mastery of Sound Level 1 Sound Healer Teacher Training, participants agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
   
   
2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. Payment confirms the participant's spot in the training program.
   
   
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the training start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the training start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the training start date are non-refundable.
• Cancellations do not allow for transferring to the next training date.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of serious illness, injury, or a family emergency, please contact us to discuss potential options. Documentation may be required.
• In case of course cancellation by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund.
  
  
4. Course Access: Participants will receive access to the online portal and training materials before the course start date in May. The training manual will be sent by post.
   
   
5. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to manuals, videos, and supplementary documents, are the intellectual property of Audrey and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.
   
   
6. Participant Responsibilities:
• Participants must have a stable internet connection to attend the online training.
• Participants are responsible for sourcing their own sound bowls. Recommendations for trusted distributors are available upon request.
• Participants are expected to prepare energetically by organizing their life, setting up a dedicated study space, and grounding themselves before the training begins.
  
  
7. Liability: The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the training. Participants are advised to take necessary precautions.
   
   
8. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the training. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
   
   
9. Updates and Changes: The organiser reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
