By booking an Identity Sessions, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Session Identity Sessions offer reflective guidance and personal insight. They are not therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

2. Intake Form Please complete the Identity Sessions preparation form at least 24 hours before your session so the session can be prepared with your context in mind.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. Changes made within 24 hours are non‑refundable.

4. No‑Shows If you do not attend your session without notice, the session is non‑refundable.

5. Refunds All sales are final.

6. Confidentiality Everything you share in the session and in your intake form is kept private.

7. Technology Sessions take place on Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable connection and a private space.

8. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

The Identity Sessions - Two‑Part Experience

A two-part experience: a 90‑minute deep session to understand what’s shifting for you, followed by a 45‑minute follow‑up to integrate what’s unfolded.

What Happens After Checkout After checkout, you’ll be taken to my calendar to choose your session time.

Your follow‑up session will be booked after your first session.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non‑refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No‑shows are treated as cancellations. If something unexpected comes up, reach out  I’ll always do my best to accommodate and reschedule where possible.
