New Moon in Virgo - ound Bath and Reiki Experience

Join me for a New Moon in Virgo ( I LOVE Virgo season) Sound Bath and Reiki experience.

This session is scheduled a few days after the New Moon in Virgo, the perfect window for integration. Virgo energy is practical, honest ( and I mean very honest), and deeply regulating. It helps you see what’s working, what isn’t (what's draining you), and where small, intentional shifts can create real change and expansion, which is the energy I want to bring to this season.

If you’ve been feeling scattered, overwhelmed, mentally busy, or out of rhythm with yourself, this Sound Bath will support you in grounding, clearing, and coming back into your centre, especially if you have been feeling the shift since eclipse season. This session will feel like a deep reiki release and a return to your own energy.

What to Prepare

Get cosy and take this Sound Bath from the bed, couch, blanket, whatever feels good. Headphones if you have them. Light a candle. Keep a journal nearby for anything that comes through.

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help your body arrive and your mind slow down. Then you’ll drop into a Reiki‑infused sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls, a deeply grounding combination, especially if you’ve been mentally busy, emotionally overstimulated, or feeling disconnected from your creative centre.

 
During This New Moon Sound Bath You’ll Experience:

  • Breathwork to help you unwind and land in your body

  • A gentle Reiki release of emotional tension and energetic heaviness

  • Support for clarity, intuition, and heart‑led intention setting under Leo energy

  • Deep rest and nervous system regulation

  • A closing card pull

This will be my first online Sound Bath since graduating from Reiki master to Reiki Karuna master and I can't wait to share it with you. Reiki will be woven throughout to help your system soften, clear, and reset, especially around confidence, self‑expression, and creative alignment.
